Here's a little info about us!

Brothers Jeff and Jason Frost have been in the rental business since 2000, and Craig joined a few years later. Craig is the face of the company these days; the main point of contact for our tenants when they have questions or repair requests, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs, fielding all our calls, texts, and emails, as well as meeting every prospective tenant for in-person showings. Jason handles the majority of the routine maintenance and upkeep of our properties, while Jeff specializes in the more technical repairs. We each bring our different strengths to work together as a team to ensure we are responsive to our tenants' needs, providing prompt and friendly service when needed. We aren't a big corporate management company working for some unknown landlord; it's just three guys who own, manage, and get their hands dirty working on their own rentals.
